At Gyeon Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed at our warehouse.
